This review might be lengthy, but I hope it's helpful. I've been battling BV for about a decade, with varying degrees of severity. Years of prescriptions led to more prescriptions to combat side effects like yeast infections. I finally found something that worked, but unfortunately, it was discontinued, leaving me searching for another solution for two more years.
Oddly enough, even though I still had all the BV symptoms, my test results started coming back negative, so I couldn't even get prescribed the usual (and ineffective) treatments anymore. I tried recommended probiotics, but they only made things worse. Then I stumbled upon this product and figured I had nothing to lose.
I have to say, I'll be sticking with this! My excessive discharge is now under control, and I can enjoy sex again. I’ve struggled with recurring BV and yeast infections for 6 years, but since starting this routine, I’ve been able to keep both at bay! I finally have my sex life back without relying on OTC or prescription meds. I feel confident and unashamed about being intimate because I know I’m taking care of my body.
Here’s what I do:
1. If I have more sweets than usual, I drink lemon water and take my capsule that day.
2. After sex, I make sure to pee. I wash the area with a gentle body wash (not inside) and use a douching bottle with warm water to help flush everything out.
3. I pat dry and insert a Vitamin C tablet to help keep the right pH balance. I sleep without underwear to air out, and the next day I wear a panty liner for any leakage.
This routine has helped with my infections and relieved dryness. I hope this helps someone else out there.
